How to reach us

Email hello@valparaisotours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

Valparaiso Tours is a booking guide. We are not a tour operator, not the city and not the port, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator's confirmation email is the fastest route: it carries your reference and the contact the operator reads.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the company you booked through first. Almost every tour we list can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours ahead, and only the booking company can act on that. One wine day sets its window at three days instead, and its card says so.

If your ship berthed late, say so straight away. Several guides here have waited hours for a delayed call, and the ones who can do that are the ones who know before the morning starts.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Fares, meeting points and departure times all move, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. We usually correct a reported error the same week.

For anything about the city itself rather than a tour, these are the bodies that publish the answer. The details below are theirs, not ours, and each one keeps its current contact details on its own site.

We publish no telephone number of our own, for this site or for anyone else: a number that changes and is not ours to answer is worse than none.
